Diana Procopio Roger is a Brazilian teacher based in São Paulo. She has taught Portuguese, English and Italian since 2006, to all age groups, and she makes learning enjoyable, enriching and effective.

Are the classes really 100% online?
Yes. Every class is live, one-to-one and taught by video call, so you can learn Brazilian Portuguese from anywhere in the world. There are no recorded-only courses and no group classes: the lesson is built around you.
I live in a different time zone. Can we still work together?
Yes. Diana is based in São Paulo, and class times are flexible. Get in touch with your time zone and your preferred hours, and you will receive options that work for both of you.
What level do I need? Can I start from zero?
You can start at any level, from complete beginner to advanced. In your free first session Diana checks your level on the CEFR scale (A1 to C2) and builds your plan from there.
Do you teach Brazilian or European Portuguese?
Brazilian Portuguese, taught by a native Brazilian teacher. Pronunciation, vocabulary and everyday expressions are those you will hear in Brazil. If your goal is to live, work or travel in Brazil, this is the variety you want.
Are teaching materials included?
Yes. Activities and materials are prepared for your goals and kept up to date, and they draw on Brazilian music, arts, literature, cuisine and travel alongside grammar and vocabulary.
